Gets or sets the index of the selected item, or -1 for no selection.

Property Value

Type: Int32
The index of the selected item, or -1 when nothing is selected.
Remarks
This works when SelectionMode is either single or multiple. When setting this value in multiple selection mode, all other selected items will be cleared.
