Parameters

point1
Type: Eto.DrawingPoint
First point to compare
point2
Type: Eto.DrawingPoint
Second point to compare

Return Value

Type: Boolean
True if the two points are not equal, false if not
Remarks
Inequality is when either the X and Y values of both points are different
